All products are brand new and factory sealed, sourced directly from authorized distributors. Minor imperfections to the product packaging may occur during manufacturing or transit and do not qualify for a replacement, refund, or exchange.

Any issues related to factory defects, misprints, or other manufacturing-related concerns must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.

Due to the allocation-based nature of collectible products, all orders are subject to our No Cancellation Policy. All sales are final.

All sales all FINAL. This means we do NOT offer returns on any items. All items are guaranteed authentic

Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier and a valid tracking number confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Any claims regarding packages should be directed to the shipping carrier. We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office before filing a claim.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
