How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or Amazon fulfillment. Products shipped directly by A Plus Collectibles (marked with the gold A Plus Guarantee logo on product listing) come with the A Plus Guarantee (outlined below).
What is the A Plus Guarantee?
With high value collectibles, condition matters. We understand, and that’s why we offer the A Plus Guarantee.
All of our products are factory-sealed and purchased directly through official distribution. Each product is personally inspected to ensure it is untampered with before it leaves our facility.
When you purchase a product with our A Plus Guarantee, one of our dedicated team members individually wraps each product and secures it in a thick corrugated box with a dense eco-friendly wrapping paper to eliminate any negative space and prevent it from moving.
How much is shipping?
Orders above $99 qualify for free shipping. Orders below this threshold ship for $9.99.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally. If you are shopping outside of the United States – Click on the flag icon in the corner of the screen and select your country. You can continue browsing our site and adding items to your cart as usual. When you go to checkout, you will be taken to our international checkout page to complete your flight.
When will my order ship?
In stock items will ship within 4-7 business days.
Will I receive a tracking number or shipping confirmation?
Yes – You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your item is shipped.
What is the Pre-Order Policy?
A Pre-Order Item will not ship prior to the Expected Release Date. Please note that the release date is subject to change from our official distributors and is out of our control. Any updates or changes will be reflected on the product page.
All Pre-Orders from A Plus Collectibles are offered on sale prior to release. Products come brand new and factory sealed directly from the official distributors. Minor imperfections in the packaging may occur and does not qualify for replacement. Any issues relating to misprints or other manufacturing issues must be resolved by contacting the manufacturer directly.
If your order also includes in-stock items or other pre-order items that release on a different date, the order will not be shipped until all items are in stock. Due to the nature of pre-allocations for collectibles, we carry a No-Cancellation policy on all Pre-Order items.
Prices actively vary to reflect supply and demand with no adjustments or refunds after an order has been placed. All sales are FINAL.
Can I combine Pre-Orders on the same order with in-stock items?
Yes you can place an order combining in-stock and preorder items. Please note, doing so may delay the order until the preordered items are in inventory.
When will my Pre-Order ship?
Preorder items will ship as soon as they become available. If purchasing multiple Pre-Order items in a single order, the order will ship as soon as all Pre-Order items are available. Our target is to ship on or immediately after release date. Release dates are determined by the manufacturer and are subject to change at their discretion.
Returns & Exchanges
Trading Card Game Products
Due to the nature of the hobby, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Trading Card products. For Non-TCG product, please see the general return policy.
General Return Policy (Non-TCG Products)
Items in new & unopened condition are eligible to receive store credit, minus the cost of shipping within 15 days upon receipt. If the product is received back in altered condition (example: a sealed item that is returned with the seal broken), then it cannot be processed as a refund. A Plus Collectibles is not liable for damages caused by the carrier. We do everything within our abilities to protect your package up until it leaves our facility. From then on, it is out of our control. Minor imperfections in the packaging (small dents and tears) may occur and does not qualify for replacement or reimbursement. Any issues relating to misprints or other manufacturing issues must be resolved by contacting the manufacturer directly. In the event of more extreme damage, please reach out to us with a photo of the package and items in the condition they arrived (we recommend not opening the items), along with your order number to support@apluscollectibles. Please allow 48-72 business hours for a response.
Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled if requested prior to shipping. Please contact us at [email protected] for order cancellation inquiries. Order cancellations will be subject to a 18% cancellation fee in order to cover our restocking and payment processing fees.
Due to the nature of pre-allocations for collectibles, we carry a No-Cancellation policy on all Pre-Order items.
Any and all refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow your bank 5-10 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
