Minor imperfections in the packaging may occur and does not qualify for replacement. If your order also includes in-stock items or other pre-order items that release on a different date, the order will not be shipped until all items are in stock.  Due to the nature of pre-allocations for collectibles, we carry a No-Cancellation policy on all Pre-Order items.
