Products come brand new and factory sealed directly from the official Pokémon distributors. Minor imperfections in the packaging may occur and does not qualify for replacement. Any issues relating to misprints or other manufacturing issues must be resolved by contacting the Pokémon Company Directly.

If your order also includes in stock items or other pre-order items that release on a different date, the order will not be shipped until all items are in stock.  Due to the nature of pre-allocations for collectibles, we carry a No-Cancellation policy on all Pre-Order items.
